The reigning Monarch and paramount Ruler on the ancient throne of the historic city of Badagry is our (Traditional Father), (MITO). His majesty, His Majesty De WhenoAholu Menu-Toyi 1 OFR, LLD, JP, The Akran of Badagry Kingdom is the Company Chairman.
Born on September 18th 1936, the fifth child of His Majesty, De WhenoAholuAjiyon-Kanho, the 13th Akran of Badagry, His Majesty had his formal education at the Salvation Army Primary School, Lagos, Methodist School, Badagry and the Methodist Teachers College, Ifaki-Ekiti (1955-1957)
A, truly royal Father figure of many parts De WhenoAholu Menu-Toyi 1 was a teacher and taught in various schools in Badagry division. His love for literary works and dissemination of information for the development of human race encouraged De WhenoAholu Menu-Toyi 1 to study journalism.
His career as a practitioner in the fourth estate of the realm began in 1961 when he was signed on at “West African Pilot”. The next three years saw De WhenoAholu as diplomatic correspondent and Chief Reporter of the post Group of Newspapers. When the post Group of Newspapers was closed down, De WhenoAholu joined the DAILY SKETCH as a Senior Sub-Editor and later transferred his service to the New Nigerian Newspapers as a Senior Journalist where he became the News Editor (South)
As a senior journalist, His outstanding performance in the field of excellent journalism earned him a grant under the International Press Institute to study at the University Of East Africa where he obtained a diploma with distinction and also shared a prize on the law of the press with another journalist from Uganda. His Majesty continues to support the growth and development of journalism in Nigeria and in other African States.
Our Royal father’s appointment as THE AKRAN OF BADAGRY KINGDOM was duly approved by the Executive Council of Lagos State Government on 7th October, 1976 and he ascended the throne of his fore-fathers during the coronation ceremony held on 23rd April 1977 when he was crowned and resumed the royal title of DE WHENOAHOLU MENU-TOYI 1, THE AKRAN OF BADAGRY KINGDOM in accordance with tradition.
A front-line Monarch/Paramount Ruler, he served eminently as a Member of the Lagos state Judicial Service Commission between 1980-1983, and Patron, President, Grand Patron, and Life Patron to various service clubs, Trade Union, Social and Charitable organizations and professional bodies.
De WhenoAholu Menu-Toyi1is the chairman, Chieftaincy committee, Badagry Local Government, Permanent Vice-Chairman of the Lagos State council of Obas and Chiefs and was in October 1990 elected by members of the council to represent it on the Enlarged National Council of States at Abuja.
Loyally, prayerfully offered support to successive governments for the socio-economic, tourism, agro-allied and cultural development of Badagry and its environs. His Majesty fully supports Transparency, Probity and Accountability in government, community, Civil Society Groups and other Social and Service Associations.
His Majesty De WhenoAholu Menu-Toyi 1 OFR, LLD, JP, The Akran of Badagry Kingdom graciously played host to Educational, Industrial, Commercial, Religious and Cultural groups and citizens from various parts of the world inclunding some highly distinguished personalities like Mrs. Carter, wife of former President Jimmy Carter of the United State of America and daughter, Amy, the former Archbishop of Canterbury, the Rt. Hon. Most Rev. Robert Runcie.
AlhajiUmaru Musa Yar’Adua, G.C.F.R, Late President and Commander-in-chief of the Federal Republic of Nigeria approve the appointment of His Majesty De WhenoAholu Menu-Toyi 1 OFR, LLD, JP, The Akran of Badagry Kingdom as Chancellor, University of Port-Harcourt.
On Saturday 15th May, 2010, during the 26th convocation ceremony of the University of Port-Harcourt, His Majesty De WhenoAholu Menu-Toyi 1 OFR, LLD, JP, was installed as the chancellor, University of Port-Harcourt and conferred with the degree of Doctor of letters (D.Litt) (HonorisCausa).
Our MITO, His Majesty De WhenoAholu Menu-Toyi 1 OFR, LLD, JP, TheAkran of Badagry Kingdom is the Life Patron of the Royal Council of the King Akran of Badagry Kingdom and chairman of the Cabinat of the Royal Council.
SAMUEL ELIJAH WHENAYON B. Sc.

Mr. Samuel Elijah Whenayon is the Chief Executive officer of the Company. He is a native of Badagry, Lagos State. He attended Alaba Primary school, Alaba, Lagos State for his first school leaving certificate between 1975 and 1981. He obtained his WASSCE at Amuwo Agboju, Lagos State in 1987. In 1994, he obtained diploma in Reservation, Ticketing and Resource Management from the School of Aviation, Oshodi, Lagos State. Subsequently, he attended University of Lagos where he obtained Bachelor Degree of Science in Management.
The working experience of Mr. Samuel Elijah Whenayon ranges from public to private sector. From 1989 to 1997 he worked as Electrical Planning Supervisor in the federal ministry of works and housing; from 1997 to 2002, he was the Agency manager at Travel Link Limited, Lagos. He was Assistant Manager, Human Resources, at Marina International Bank, PLC between 2002 and 2005. He also worked in Chevron Nigeria Limited in Logistics and Management Department, between 2005 and 2015.
His wide experience will surely guide in running Madosi Nigeria Limited.
ADEMOLA ABIODUN ADESINA ASQ. LL. B (Hons) Ife; BL.
Director of Legal Services/Company Secretary
Ademola Abiodun Adesina Esq. attended St. David Primary School, Kudeti, Ibadan, Oyo State from 1971 to 1977 and he had his secondary education (WASC) at Cherubim and Seraphim High School, Ilesa, Osun State between 1977 and 1982. He did his higher school certificate (HSC) at Ibadan Grammar School from 1983 to 1985.
He studied Civil Law at the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, Osun State and graduated with honours in 1989. He proceeded to the Nigerian Law School, passed his Bar Final in flying colours and was called to the Nigerian Bar in December 1990.
Since he completed his NYSC in 1991, he has been in private legal practices with emphasis on Company Law, Commercial Law, Labour Law, Workmen Compensation and legal framework of Industrial Relations and Personal Management in Nigeria, and he is vastly experienced in respect thereof. He is the principal Partner of ADEMOLA ADESINA & CO, a firm of legal practitioners based in Ikeja, Lagos State. He is an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Ikeja Branch.
STEPHEN ADEBISI
Head of Operations and Logistics
Mr. Stephen Adebisi has Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Benin, Edo State.
He is an associate of the Chattered Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (CIMN) and Chattered Institute of Management of Nigeria (CIMN). He has about 16 years working experience in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistics and Corporate Planning.
He has been engaged in heavy goods transportation and logistics business in private capacity before joining Vigeo Holding Company Limited in 2000.
He was an Executive Management Trainee at Vigeo Holding Company Limited where he later served in Finance and Treasury Operations as Banking Relation Manager. Later he joined Global Utilities Management Co. Ltd, where he contributed immensely to the growth of the company by his good management skills.
PRECIOUS OLUWATOSIN AKINYEMI B.Sc, M.A

Miss Precious Oluwatosin Akinyemis is the Human Recourses Manager of Madosi Nigeria Limited, where she is going to generate more input on the aspect of Recruitment in Madosi Nigeria Limited.
Precious Olowatosin Akinyemis was born in Ekiti State and also practice Christianity by birth.
She attended Nova International N/Primary school Ado Ekiti (FSLC) from 1992 to 1998 and she had her secondary education (WASE) at Christ Girls School Ado Ekiti from 1998 to 2004.
After her primary and secondary education, between the year 2006 to 2011 she graduated from Redeemers University, Ede, Osun State, where she studied Mass Communication and has B.Sc Mass Communication. She also has her Master Degree from the premier University of Ibadan where she studied Industrial and Personnel Relations between March 2016 and 2017.
She has served in varying capacity as a client relations officer at THEFLOSHOP.COM, Health Management Officer (H.M.O) at Hanoba Medical Centre, as a lead representative for DHL and as a Supervisor in the Supply and procurement department of Chevron Nigeria. She is also the founder of House Keepers. She became a member of the board on the 6th day of October 2016. She is very productive, viable and straight forward. She is a huge asset to the company.
